Right from the beginning until completion TEUFEL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS accompanied the conception, planning and construction of this experimental building made of timber with metal components. In direct consultation with the architect, the building contractors and the user, the design was gradually refined and made to measure for the specific usage of the Herschbach sports club. The result is a single span, day lit and aesthetically dynamic building made of prefabricated glulam beams and solid timber wall panels.
